What platform are these templates for?
ARTISTIK Templates are built on Showit - a powerful drag and drop website builder that does not require to write a single line of code.
A Showit subscription is required to use our templates, which includes hosting for your site and your blog, use of the software to customize and manage your site, and tech support along the way.
Please note that our templates are not compatible with Squarespace, Wix, or other platforms.
What is Showit?
Who are Showit website templates best for?
What will you need to get started?
Do I need a domain?
Yes.
You do not need a domain to start designing your site but you need one when you are ready to launch and make your website live.
We suggest you to get the domain as soon as possible.
Showit support will help guide you through the process of configuring your domain.
Are the fonts included? How about the photos?
We always use free Google fonts, so there is no additional license required. However, you are always free to use any font you wish and get the license for your own website.
As for the photos, some of our templates feature free stock images that you can keep and use. Other templates feature AI images.
Is copywriting included?
How will I access my design?
Your template comes with a special code that you will need to use to load the template into your Showit account. With just one click, you can install the template with all of the demo data, so that all you need to do is add your brand elements, copy, and images.
Once it's inside your Showit library, you can load and reload sections and entire pages multiple times.
How do I access the Showit builder?
The Showit builder can only be accessed on a desktop computer or laptop using the Google Chrome browser.
What if my style is a little different from the template?
So, can I change everything on my template?

Moving from your current website platform to Showit is a breeze, because Showit manages the process and provides personal assistance as you do so.

Launching a DIY website doesn’t have to be hard!
THE PROCESS

BRANDING PREP
- Prepare your brand style guide, pull your fonts, brand colours, and compile your brand logos and marks into one easily accessible folder in your computer. Pull all of the images you want to include on your website and rename them for optimum SEO performance. Write all your copy in a Google Doc. Having everything already into one place, will make the process a lot easier and faster! Oh, and don't forget to purchase your domain name to secure your unique web address!
STEP 2
PICK YOUR NEW TEMPLATE
- Browse our ready-to-customize templates & purchase the one that you love the most! Our templates are designed with creatives and entrepreneurs in mind. This means that every template comes with the pages you need to turn your website into a marketing machine.
STEP 3
BECOME A SHOWITEER
- To use our template, you will need an active Showit subscription (or a trial account), a domain name, and a desktop computer with Chrome browser. We believe Showit is the easiest and most effective website platform for small creative businesses to use. Showit offers a visual, drag-and-drop interface and tools so that you can style and customize every aspect of your website from top to bottom.

INSTALL YOUR SHAREKEY
- Your template comes as a special code that you use to load the template into your account.
